Uttara Kannada Medical Staff Recruitment Educational qualifications
1. MBBS Medical Officers
- Must have passed MBBS and completed the compulsory internship.
- Must be compulsorily registered with the Karnataka Medical Council (KMC).
- Must have 2 years of experience.
2. Nurses
- Must have a B.Sc. in Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) Nursing qualification.
- Must have a valid registration with the Karnataka Nursing Council.
- Must have 2 years of experience from a government or private hospital with a valid K.P.M.E. registration.
3. Laboratory Technicians
- Must have passed SSLC (10th grade) or an equivalent exam AND hold a three-year diploma in Laboratory Technology from the Karnataka State Paramedical Board.
- OR Must have passed PUC (12th grade) in Science and hold a two-year diploma in Laboratory Technology from the Karnataka State Paramedical Board.
- Must have a valid registration with the Karnataka State Paramedical Board.
- Must have 2 years of experience from a government or registered private hospital.
Uttara Kannada Medical Staff Recruitment Age Limits
- MBBS Medical Officers: The maximum age limit is 65 years.
- Nurses: The maximum age limit is 45 years.
- Laboratory Technicians: The maximum age limit is 40 years.

Uttara Kannada Medical Staff Recruitment Salary
- MBBS Medical Officers: ₹75,000 per month.
- Nurses: As per the Minimum Wages Act.
- Laboratory Technicians: As per the Minimum Wages Act.
How to Apply
- Applications can be obtained from the office of the District RCH Officer, District Health and Family Welfare Officer’s Office, Karwar, from September 10, 2025, to September 18, 2025, during office hours.
- Duly filled-in applications, along with all original documents for verification, must be submitted within the same period (excluding holidays).
- Applications submitted after the last date will be rejected.
