NCLT Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Skill Requirements:
- Dictation at 100 words per minute (English).
- Transcription on computer at 50 words per minute.
Age Limit
- Stenographer: Minimum 25 years.
- Private Secretary: Minimum 28 years.
- Maximum Age for Retired Govt. Servants: 62 years.
Experience
- For Private Secretary posts, candidates must have at least 3 years of steno experience and proven ability in liaisoning/coordination with reputed offices.
- Retired government employees with required skills may also apply.
NCLT Recruitment Salary
- Stenographer: ₹45,000/- per month.
- Private Secretary: ₹50,000/- per month.
Selection Process
- Skill Test – Candidates must qualify in English shorthand.
- Interview – Only shortlisted candidates from the skill test will be called.
No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview
Terms of Engagement
- Contract Period: Initially for 1 year (extendable up to 3 years based on performance).
- Leave: Only casual leave (8 days annually on pro-rata basis).
- Other Benefits: No DA, HRA, or other allowances provided.
- Work Hours: Same as regular NCLT staff, with possible overtime depending on requirement.
