India Post Payments Bank Jobs 2025 Job Role – Executive
The selected GDSs will work as Executives to support IPPB’s business operations, direct sales, and financial literacy campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell IPPB banking products and services.
- Conduct customer outreach and financial awareness programs.
- Coordinate with DoP Inspectors and Postmasters for customer onboarding.
- Support in generating leads and managing customer relations.
- Assist in IPPB’s day-to-day operational tasks and sales campaigns

India Post Payments Bank Jobs 2025 Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a fixed pay of ₹30,000 per month, inclusive of statutory deductions and allowances.
- Annual increments and performance-based incentives may be provided.
- No other allowances (HRA, TA, DA, etc.) will be admissible
Tenure of Engagement
- Initial contract for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on satisfactory performance.
- Engagement will not lead to regular absorption in IPPB.
- Poor performance in two consecutive reviews may lead to repatriation to DoP.
Selection Process
- Merit-Based Selection: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their graduation percentage.
- Optional Online Test: IPPB reserves the right to conduct an online test if required.
- In case of a tie in marks, DoP seniority and then date of birth will be considered.
