- Deputy General Manager (QA & QC): Candidates must have a Master of Pharmacy degree.Candidates need a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA/QC functions. At least 5 years of this experience must be in a managerial or leadership role within a WHO-GMP compliant pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing facility.
- Deputy General Manager (Engineering): The essential qualification is a BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering, or Applied Electronics and Instrumentation.A minimum of 10 years of experience in Engineering and Maintenance is required. At least 5 years of this experience must be in a leadership role in a regulated manufacturing environment within the Pharma, Medical Device, or Healthcare sector.
- Safety Officer: Applicants need either a Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), a B.Sc (Physics/Chemistry), or a Diploma in Engineering. Additionally, a state-recognized degree or diploma in industrial safety is mandatory.he experience requirement for this role depends on your educational background.For BE/B.Tech holders, a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a factory in a supervisory capacity is required.For B.Sc or Diploma holders, a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a factory in a supervisory capacity is required.
