CIMS Chikkamagaluru Recruitment 2025 – Apply for Staff Nurse Vacancies

CIMS Chikkamagaluru Recruitment:The Chikkamangaluru Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS), an autonomous government institution under the Government of Karnataka, has announced recruitment for Staff Nurse positions to address vacancies in the teaching hospital Araluguppe Malle Gowda District Hospital managed by the institute.

Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria:

There are 10 Staff Nurse positions available on a contract basis to fill the remaining posts from an earlier notified 35 positions. These appointments will be made as per government norms and on a temporary contract basis with no guarantee for permanent employment.

Candidates interested in this opportunity must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must hold a degree in B.Sc Nursing or P.B.Sc Nursing. Preference will be given to candidates with an M.Sc Nursing degree.

CIMS Chikkamagaluru Recruitment Age Limit:

• SC/ST or Category 1: up to 43 years
• Category II (a & b), III (a & b) backward classes: up to 40 years
• General candidates: up to 38 years

CIMS Chikkamagaluru Recruitment Experience:

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience after completing their nursing degree.Mandatory registration with the Karnataka Nursing Council is required.

Salary:

The monthly salary for the Staff Nurse positions is fixed at ₹17,435.
