BIS Recruitment in Karnataka Position Details And Eligibility Criteria:
he Section Officer position is classified under Level-7 of the pay matrix, with a salary range of Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400. The appointment will be for an initial deputation period of two years, which may be extended by another year at the discretion of BIS. The maximum age limit for applicants is 56 years as of the closing date for applications.
Candidates must be serving employees of Central, State, or Union Territory governments, or statutory/autonomous bodies. Eligibility requirements include:
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis.
- Alternatively, candidates in Level-6 of the pay matrix with three years of regular service are also eligible.
- A two-year Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Personnel or Finance from a recognized university or an AICTE-approved institution.
- OR, a two-year Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, or Finance from a recognized university or an AICTE-approved institution.
Departmental candidates currently employed with BIS are not eligible to apply for these posts on deputation.
